KENNEL INFORMATION Guidelines for Accepting Dogs for Kennels Terms and conditions Guidelines for accepting dogs for kennels All dogs must be registered and displaying dog registration number. Cost for boarding dogs in kennels is $11.00 per day this includes gst. Basic dog food (dry) will be provided. Kennels will be cleaned and dogs fed daily. Basic exercise for dogs will be provided within the compound More than one dog per kennel will be allowed at dog owners request. Washing and cleaning of dogs is the owners responsibility. No dogs will be accepted if they are infected by fleas or ticks. No dogs will be accepted should they display any signs of disease or injury. The owner must provide any special food or diet. Any additional costs e.g. vets fees will be paid by the owner. This person responsible for the kennels has the right to refuse entry to any dog. All care and attention will be provided to your dogs however, no liability will be accepted. Any persons attempting to enter the premises illegally will be prosecuted. I have read and understand the terms and conditions set out and agree to them. Vaccination papers showing that they have been vaccinated up to level c4 will be required prior to registering, if not the dog will be not be accepted.
